There are so many natural ways to give your prostate a little helping hand. The trick is to try them. Everybody is different, what worked for me, might not work for you. And that’s fine. Just keep going until you find the one that gives you relief, and stops you peeing in morse code at all hours of the night.
Don’t give up on a remedy if it doesn’t work, give it a week or so. Give it time. When my prostate was at its worse, pumpkin seeds gave me the best relief. And then when I also took Nettle root, that was a game changer. Pretty much back to normal.
But for you? It could be any of the above, you just got try one and stick with it for a bit.
Best
Al
